The Business Case for Aboriginal Inclusion
The business case can be stated demographically as close to half a million Aboriginal youths will enter the job market over the years 2006-2016 while most non-Aboriginal birth rates in Canada continue to decline. The business case can also be stated as the case for diversity, applied to Aboriginal people, that recognizes and celebrates their distinctive contribution to the Canadian workforce.
