1 Day Workshop
A collection of best practices, tools and methods in Aboriginal human resource management has been assembled in a one-day facilitated workshop to help employers advance Aboriginal inclusion in their organizations. The purpose of these workshops is to provide managers with the knowledge and critical skills required to work with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal employees to create a truly inclusive workplace. The Aboriginal inclusion strategies assembled will help position your organization as an employer-of-choice for Aboriginal talent.
