Mastering Aboriginal Inclusion in Mining

Mastering Aboriginal Inclusion in Mining is a module series developed in partnership with the Aboriginal Human Resource Council, the Mining Industry Human Resources (MiHR) and an alliance of more than 20 companies labour organizations and industry associations in the mining sector.

Mastering Aboriginal Inclusion in Mining modules and workshops are specifically designed to help mining employers discover their individual business case for inclusion and learn proven tools and tricks for recruiting, retaining and advancing Aboriginal workers.

The module set, developed as a component of our Mastering Aboriginal Inclusion program, The program nurtures and grows the competencies that help mining employers create workplaces of inclusion and become an employer-of-choice with the ability to successfully recruit, retain and advance Aboriginal talent.
