Since the inception of the council in 1998, Canada’s business landscape has changed dramatically and, as a council, we’ve changed too. Born with seed funding from the federal government, the council has evolved, over time, into a viable entity that prides itself on being the nation’s leading expert in aboriginal recruitment, retention and advancement.
Today, our programs and projects are designed to ensure that the most effective partnerships, resources and tools are created to advance a talented, Aboriginal workforce. With a large section of Canada’s working population retiring, numerous opportunities now exist for Aboriginal Canadians eager to fill this void. As a council, we want to ensure that all of our partners are fully connected to help make this a successful reality.
