U and iSharing Solutions

  • Inclusion Works ’12 is built around a theme that supports a “leadership community of practice” that shares ideas and solutions to advance Indigenous inclusion through new innovations that include the presence of web based technology and online learning.
  • Through this national networking and management learning event, we will set the stage for continuous and collective sharing and learning among some of the top Canadian Aboriginal inclusion, diversity and workplace transformation experts.
  • You will leave the event with the skills, information, resources and contacts you need to help you to advance Aboriginal Inclusion in your workplace. Learn how to engage your senior management and employees through the stages of inclusion and benchmark your ROI (Return on Inclusion) based on our Inclusion Continuum.
  • One person, or change agent, can create a spark toward workplace inclusion - but no one person can create or maintain an inclusive workplace alone. We encourage you to bring your inclusion team of professionals (human resources, communications-marketing, Aboriginal procurement, corporate social responsibility-leadership) to Inclusion Works ’12, and leave with tools to accelerate the power of Indigenous inclusion more broadly and deeply within your organization.
