Management Learning

For your organization to be truly inclusive, every division, arm, branch and person in every box within your organizational chart must be contributing to your inclusion efforts through an “enterprise wide” formula for inclusion transformation. To help you gain the “inclusion leadership” skill you need to advance this type of inclusion in your workplace, we have designed all management learn program elements at Inclusion Works (pre kick-off workshops, expert panel discussion, collective problem solving and solutions reveal) around our FOUR inclusion realms that bring forth an “enterprise-wide” formula to help you advance or up the Inclusion Continuum. The four inclusion realms are as follows:

  • COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING – spreading the word about Aboriginal inclusion and your principles, strategies and commitment to inclusion on an internal and external basis
  • CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY/LEADERSHIP – nurturing leaders that understand the imperatives and the ROI of being a good corporate citizen
  • HUMAN RESOURCES – increasing the recruitment, retention and advancement of Aboriginal employees
  • PROCUREMENT –- encouraging business partnerships and support for the capacity of Aboriginal businesses to become your partner/supplier.
