Collective Problem Solving Breakout Workshops

2:15 - 3:15 pm AND 3:45 to 4:45 pm

Through the use of pre-determined questions and with the additional of challenge statements presented by participants, the facilitator will lead participants in conversation and brainstorming that will bring resolve to inclusion barriers. These solutions will help you move toward the implementation of solid strategies, practices and behaviours that can enable your company to move forward to being an employer-of-choice for Aboriginal people, as employees and business partners.

These sessions will provide an opportunity for insightful discussion and groundbreaking about inclusion practices and strategies that are moving inclusion forward in workplaces within our four “inclusion realms.” These “Inclusion Insight Breakouts” will be guided by questions that will be distributed to delegates in advance of the sessions.

Together, through sharing, we can overcome our corporate inclusion challenges and leave Edmonton with practical solutions to issues organizations face.
