These case studies will frame the core learning model delivered at Inclusion Works ’11. Each case study will provide delegates with an opportunity to experience a deeper level of learning that will advance inclusion in their workplaces. Modeled after the MBA style of learning, these sessions will deliver powerful learning opportunities that offer practical solutions from inclusion specialists and participants to overcome workplace challenges that are barriers to inclusion.
Promising practice case studies will not only highlight a company’s inclusion workplace strategy, but the mistakes they made, and the barriers they had to overcome to advance inclusion. A panel will respond to the case study and engage audience participation.
