Where everyone is a learner and a mentor...

Modeled after one of Canada’s finest executive training programs, Inclusion Works ’11 offers professional development and networking that awakens employers to new routes and tools for climbing the seven stage Inclusion Continuum.

Tier 1 -- Thought Leaders on Growing a Workplace of Inclusion
Inspirational keynote presenters that will deliver insight into the evolving workplace challenges of inclusion.

Tier 2 -- Promising Practices: Creative Initiatives from the Front Lines
Case studies of successful inclusion strategies and true confessions of hurdles that have been overcome, as presented by some of Canada’s inclusive employers, primarily from within the council’s Leadership Circle partnership.

Tier 3 -- Collective Problem Solving
Organizations having trouble with an issue of inclusion will ask out loud at these discussion sessions, where collective mentoring is used and everyone contributes to solutions that will help the organization overcome its barrier to inclusion.

Tier 4 -- Team Inclusion Workshops
Professional development workshops in leadership, communications, human resources, and CSR that help your management team advance inclusion to the stage in which it becomes part of your organization’s DNA.

Tier 5 -- One-on-one Mentoring
Inclusion Works ’11 offers time and opportunity to seek, meet and consult with mentors. The goal is to build partnerships for continuous community learning after the event.

Join us for what promises to be an “experience” that compares to no other event in Canada of its kind.
