Tradeshow exhibits will be set-up in the Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto (Metro East), immediately adjacent to all plenary sessions held on April 27 and 28, 2010.
All networking/refreshment breaks will be set-up in the tradeshow area. Graduates taking part in the recruitment fair will be encouraged to visit the tradeshow when they are not participating in a structured interview session.
We anticipate that several hundred people will pass through the tradeshow doors during the hours of operation.
Tradeshow exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited and booths will be assigned when payment has been received in our Saskatoon office. The number of tradeshow booths available for sale is dependent on the sizes ordered (i.e., 8 x 8 or 10 x 10).
All 10 x 10 tradeshow applications will be processed through our online registration system.

8 x 8 space - $1,950.00 + $97.50 GST = $2,047.50 (SOLD OUT)
10 x 10 space - $2,450.00 + $122.50 GST = $2,572.50
Aboriginal and/or non- profit organizations
8 x 8 space - $1,500.00 + $75.00 GST = $1,575.00 (SOLD OUT)
10 x 10 space - $1,600.00 + $80.00 GST = $1,680.00
To be placed on a waiting list for an 8 x 8 booth in the event of a cancellation please contact Paula Sawyer.
If your organization is GST exempt please submit your GST exempt number with payment.
Telecommunication and Electrical Requirements
If you require telecommunication and electrical services at your booth you are required to complete the appropriate forms below for each booth space and fax them to the Westin Harbour Castle upon confirmation of registration – contact information is available on each form.

One skirted table with two chairs, breakfast, refreshment breaks and buffet lunch on April 27 and 28, 2010.
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to March 20, 2010. Refunds will not be given to “no shows” and cancellations received after March 20, 2010. Cancellations are subject to a $200 processing fee.
