EVIDENCE-BASED MAPPING OF THE INCLUSION CONTINUUM

You will learn:

Newly discovered tracks, pathways, and routes up the Inclusion Continuum
All about new survey tools that measure growth up the Continuum
The proof sources that validate and substantiate the Continuum and its stages

The Inclusion Continuum is the AHRC’s expertly developed roadmap to organizational growth in inclusion. The Continuum’s seven stages spotlight the precise transformations required for a corporate culture of Indifference to evolve to that splendid state of high employee engagement achieved in every advanced culture of Inclusion. In this uniquely conceived workshop, the council’s Continuum is explored and analyzed in three distinct ways. First, the council’s Continuum is compared to the stages and principles of other comparable continuums, showing the “construct evidence” supporting the Continuum, and probing areas in which the council’s Continuum breaks new ground. Second, the Continuum’s routes and stages are matched to the findings of diversity studies, accenting which approaches and tactics for creating inclusion have proven most effective. Finally, the council will be unveiling its just-completed suite of survey tools to pinpoint where an organization is on the Continuum, and what strategies will work best for its advance. Attendees at this workshop will receive a newly sophisticated model of the Inclusion Continuum and its stages.

A model of the Continuum is available here on the council’s website.
