Linda Manning

Linda Manning has a doctorate in Economics from University of Illinois-Chicago, and is currently Research Fellow at University of Ottawa and President of Leadership Mosaic, Inc. She has over 20 years of academic research, development, and training experience, with emphasis on training the trainer, serving 8 years as consultant with Educational Testing Service in the U.S. Her research focuses on the integration of skilled immigrants into the workplace. Her recent achievement is a 3 million dollar R&D project funded by HRSDC developing an e-learning game for Canadian SME for managers to develop strategies to recognize, engage, and develop immigrant talent to maximize organizational capacity, especially important with impending manager retirements.
