Employer Information

This first time Recruitment Fair will be held at the Sheraton Wall in Vancouver on April 6, 2009 as part of Inclusion Works 09. As a sponsor you will receive the opportunity to interview many of Canada’s top Aboriginal post-secondary graduates and students in their final year of study.

  • The fair will be limited to companies based on selection and sponsorship criteria
  • Aboriginal graduates/final term students will be brought to the event, all expenses paid, from across Canada
  • Each employer can designate one person to participate in the interviews
  • Each employer will identify three to five positions that they want to recruit for so a selection committee can conduct the matching process
  • Each graduates/final term students and employer will be profiled individually and given a list/profile of the recruiter/applicant that each will be meeting
  • Employers will participate in six to eight, 30-minute interviews spaced throughout the day
  • A trade show will operate simultaneously with the recruitment fair
  • The majority of graduates/final term students will be in attendance for the full duration of the event giving more opportunity for networking.
