About the Event

Inclusion Works is our national signature event hosted each year in a different Canadian city. The event welcomes and offers Canadian and international guests with a one-stop-shop to learn about the benefits of workplace inclusion and how to position their organization as an employer-of-choice by advancing their workplace up our Inclusion Continuum.

The national recruitment fair, hosted as part of the event, fast tracks employer connections with Indigenous post-secondary graduates from across Canada that are matched to their recruitment needs.

Through the development of partnerships and solutions, Inclusion Works acts as a national catalyst toward a more prosperous Aboriginal workforce and economy for First Nations, Métis and Inuit people across Canada and Indigenous people around the world.
Inclusion Works is packed with maximum opportunity for our private and public sector partners to build human resource partnerships and end-to-end solutions that advance Indigenous inclusion and employment.

We will host up to 700 participants; adding renowned keynote speakers, expanded networking, leadership in HR professional development through one-day and breakout workshops, the recruitment fair, tradeshow opportunities and the best in Indigenous entertainment.

The expanded scope of the event will provide many high profile partnership opportunities through our Leadership Circle program for organizations that want to align their work and their human resource and business strategies with the council, the Aboriginal community and the socio-economic cause in Canada.
